• Accommodates up to 48 guests seated at tables.

  • Two large projection screens with ceiling-mounted projectors

  • Speaker system

  • Clip-on microphones for presenters

  • AV assistance available during your event (if reserved in advance)
    • Long countertop with electrical outlets
    • Refrigerator and freezer
    • Two sinks
    • Trash and recycling containers (with bags provided)
    • Restroom facilities

Please note: Renters must bring their own computer or tablet to connect to the AV system.

Availability
• Open for rental Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Remote access available for building entry and lock-up

Rental Policies
• Room must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.
• A signed rental agreement and full payment are required at the time of booking.
• You may bring table or floor décor, but nothing may be attached to the walls, windows, doors, ceiling, or cabinets.
• Food and beverages are not provided. You are welcome to bring your own, or we can recommend preferred local vendors.

Rental Fees
• $75 per hour

All rates are hourly.  All reservations have a 2 hour minimum.

·         On site AV help is available for $30-$50/hour, must be reserved in advance.

Rental Duration
• Minimum rental period is 2 hours.
• Additional time may be added in 1-hour increments.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations more than 30 days in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations made 14–30 days in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance: No refund
